We are open Monday- Saturday from:
9:30am-10:30am and then again in the afternoon from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Sunday mornings we are CLOSED but open again from 3:30pm-5:30pm
If you need to pick up or drop your cat off outside of these hours, you will need to contact us to arrange a time.
We ask for call as we may have gone out for the day and we do not want to leave anyone waiting. We will always try our hardest to work with you and make your arrival or pickup as easy as possible.

Please note that we will be open from 9:00-10:30am on Christmas Eve morning until we close and then we will only be open again for pick up and drop offs from 3:30pm-5:30pm on Boxing day afternoon.
At this point we do not close for any other public holidays nor do we charge a surcharge for them.
Christmas and New Year time is the only month we charge a surcharge fee of $3.00 extra per day.
